Specification Writer Option Explanations
Mode of Operation:
There are 4 basic
modes of operation:

Manual
Push-Up: For doors under 150 square feet and a maximum of 12' high.

Chain Hoist:
For manual operation of larger and higher doors (Chain hoists should not be
used with low headroom tracks or with doors that have Mortise Thru locks)

Trolley Type
Electric Operators: For Low headroom and standard lift tracks.

Jackshaft
Electric Operators: For standard, high lift and vertical lift tracks
If you choose an
electric operator they are available with many options, Safety edges are
recommended and are included in the specification writer. You can also add
Radio Controls, Photo Eyes, Loop Detectors, NEMA 4 on 12 Components, Key
Switches, etc. Select these in the operator options to add them to the
specification.
